SyncGuard Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

3. No Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will SyncGuard, its developers, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access to your backup files.

Your use of the App is at your sole risk, and you agree that any issues related to data loss or corruption are your responsibility. We are not liable for any compensation or damages resulting from such issues, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. User Obligations

By using SyncGuard, you agree to:

• Keep your backup data secure, including any passwords or encryption keys.

• Not engage in any unlawful activity or use the App for illegal purposes.

You acknowledge that any misuse of the App, including sharing sensitive data with unauthorized third parties, may result in legal action. SyncGuard is not responsible for any third-party misuse of data that occurs as a result of your actions.

6. Data Responsibility and No Complaints Clause

By using SyncGuard, you waive the right to raise any complaints or claims against SyncGuard, its developers, or affiliates regarding data privacy, security, or functionality of the App. You expressly agree that:

• Any issues related to data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access are not SyncGuard's responsibility.
• You will not file complaints with consumer protection agencies, regulators, or third-party review sites regarding the App or its performance.
• SyncGuard is not liable for any external circumstances, such as device malfunction, third-party software interference, or improper handling of the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SyncGuard, its developers, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App in any way. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App and delete any backup files created using SyncGuard.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This document constitutes the final agreement between you and SyncGuard regarding your use of the App. By continuing to use SyncGuard, you agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
