At DF Restaurant – Dine & Delivery, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please send an email to:

Please include the following details in your email to help us verify and process your request:
- Registered mobile number or email address
- Full name (as used in the app)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Use the subject line:

Verification Required
For security reasons, your account will not be deleted immediately. We will first verify your identity by contacting you via the registered email or mobile number. Once verification is complete, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 working days from the date of verification.
Important Notes
- Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
- You may need to create a new account to use our services again
