Acceptance of Terms By using UltraXplato, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.
Use of Service
- Account: You must create an account to use certain features of the app. You can register via email or through third-party logins such as Facebook, Google, and Twitter.
- Referrals: You will receive a referral ID upon registration. To activate your account, you must enter a friend’s referral code and purchase Groxfes.
Payment Information
- Purchasing Groxfes: Groxfes must be purchased to activate referral codes and upgrade account levels. There are no refunds for purchases of Groxfes.
- Account Levels: Upon activation of a referral code and purchase of Groxfes, your account will be upgraded . You can earn more Groxfes by sharing your referral code with others.
Prohibited Use You agree not to use UltraXplato for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of UltraXplato.
Changes to Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our app.
