Welcome to mManager ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing, downloading, or using our budget management application (the "App"), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mManager. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly, as we reserve the right to modify them at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after any such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or terminate your account at any time.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App in a way that:
Violates any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Involves any fraudulent, harmful, or malicious activity, including unauthorized access to any systems.
Harms the functionality or availability of the App, including using bots, malware, or other automated methods to interact with the App.
4. Subscription and Fees
Access to certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or one-time fees. All payments are non-refundable, and any recurring charges will be processed according to the subscription plan you choose. We may adjust the pricing at any time, but you will be notified before any such changes take effect.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the termination of your access to paid features or the suspension of your account.

7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and software, related to the App are owned by mManager. Unauthorized use of any such property is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, if you breach any part of these Terms or engage in any activity that could harm the App or its users.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You will remain responsible for any outstanding payments or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
9. No Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees that the App will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted, or be error-free. We are not responsible for any financial loss, loss of data, or other damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mManager and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
11. Governing Law
